Eligible Returns
Aside from the issues listed above, items must be unused, in the same condition as when delivered, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Such returned items must be sellable as unused in brand-new condition.
Some items are not returnable, including:
- Special-order items
- Custom-made items
- Suspension products
- Certain electrical products
- Some hazardous materials
- Clearance, open-box, or as-is sale items
- Cut items such as flooring, fabrics, textiles, foam, insulation, etc.
- Improperly color-matched products *
- Any item delivered more than 30 days ago **
* Color matching using images on a website instead of a physical swatch leads inaccurate matching. Computer displays vary; thus one cannot guarantee a color match. To properly color match your material, you can order a low-cost sample by contacting us.
** If more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Shipping & Restocking
If you choose to return an item that was correctly delivered without damage or defects to the address you provided, a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping charges will apply. Like you, we want you to get the right product the first time rather than incurring such costs. So read product listings carefully and contact our customer support team if you still have questions. We're happy to help you get the right product right at the start!
Initiating a Return
To start a return, you'll need to fill out our Returns Form, which requires photos of the box and the product (if the box is opened) as well as other information.
Once you submit your return request, if your item is eligible for return, we will send you next steps in the return process. Do not ship an item until you submit the form and receive a reply with next steps.

Products must be returned to the warehouse from where they were shipped. When appropriate, we will give you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and arrange for a pickup of your item.
When returning items worth $75 or more, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, if your shipment is lost or damaged we cannot credit you for returned items.
Return Processing
Once received, our team will carefully inspect your return to confirm its condition and the accuracy of the information provided. This ensures your return request is processed as smoothly as possible. You will receive an email with the outcome of our review regarding return eligibility based on the condition of the item, the information submitted in your request, and the terms outlined in our Return Policy.
If your return is approved, we will promptly process your refund, deducting shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Then you should see a credit applied to your original method of payment within 1-14 days depending on processing time at your credit card or bank. To check status, first look for a pending refund on your bank or credit card account. Then you can contact your credit card company, as they may take longer to post the refund after we submit it. If you still don't see your refund after these steps, please contact us.
